This material is dedicated to summarized final information on the import of goods of the specified types to Belarusian Railway stations for the entire year 2024, specifically in Q4, and also taking into account previously published data for Q1-Q3 2024.
Below is information on the volumes of delivered goods, consignors in Russia, consignees in Belarus, their nomenclature, the type of rolling stock used, and the stations of departure and destination for the last three months (Q4) of 2024.

In total, for Q4 2024, 86 railcars were delivered to 8 consignees in Belarus.
In seven cases, military units of Belarus acted as consignees for Russian military cargo. In one case, a logistics company acting as the freight forwarder for the respective shipment was noted as the consignee.
Deliveries were made from 8 Russian Railways stations to 6 Belarusian Railway stations.
The above information on the volumes of imported military cargo shipments supplements the data on such deliveries that occurred in Q1-Q3 2024.

In total, for Q1-Q3 2024, 130 railcars were delivered to 7 consignees in Belarus.
In all cases, military units of Belarus acted as consignees for Russian military cargo.
Deliveries were made from 11 Russian Railways stations to 7 Belarusian Railway stations.
Thus, the total volume of Russian military cargo (addressed to the Ministry of Defence of Belarus) imported (delivered) to Belarus for the entire year 2024 by rail amounted to 216 railcars.
From Russia, the consignors were a total of 19 enterprises of the military-industrial complex and structures of the Russian armed forces.
Cargo shipments were made from 19 stations, distributed among 8 Russian Railways.
The consignees in Belarus were 10 military units, whose specialized subdivisions are based near the respective Belarusian Railway stations.
The largest number of railcars for the entire year 2024 was delivered to Prudok station (Vitebsk Division of Belarusian Railway – NOD-6), totaling 60 units and addressed to the 2631st Aviation Base for Storage of Missile Armaments and Ammunition of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Belarus (military unit 94017). In the overwhelming majority of cases, aviation weapons were supplied to Prudok station for military unit 94017.
In total, 161 railcars carrying Russian military cargo (explosive materials) were delivered to various arsenals of missile and artillery armaments and ammunition, as well as to artillery bases and depots in 2024.
The remaining 55 railcars carried various radar equipment, anti-aircraft missile systems, and other military equipment (according to the consignor's specialization), as well as their components.
