During the period from February to August 2022, 37,267 “recorded” tonnes of ammunition (1,390 railcars) were imported by rail from the Russian Federation to Belarus.
Information on the quantity of imported ammunition by month:
- 26,769 tonnes (951 railcars) were imported in February 2022;
- 8,089 tonnes (359 railcars) were imported in March 2022;
- 618 tonnes (22 railcars) were imported in June 2022;
- 1,708 tonnes (52 railcars) were imported in July 2022;
- 83 tonnes (6 railcars) were imported in August 2022.
