Key provisions

Community of Railway Workers of Belarus invites you to make a donation to support our activities under the following conditions:

This proposal is an official appeal from the Community of Railway Workers of Belarus (hereinafter referred to as CRWB) to anyone wishing to support us (hereinafter referred to as the Donor) with the aim of concluding a donation agreement on the terms outlined below:

  1. Entry into force: This proposal comes into force on the day following the day of its publication on the official CRWB resources on the Internet (hereinafter referred to as the Site).
  2. Term of validity: The offer is indefinite. CRWB reserves the right to cancel or change the terms of the offer at any time without explanation. Changes take effect upon their publication on the Site. The invalidity of any of the conditions does not affect the validity of the remaining ones.
  3. Purpose of the donation: The Donor gratuitously transfers funds to the ownership of CRWB to achieve goals related to its activities, infrastructure development, and support for railway workers in Belarus.
  4. Amount and procedure of the donation: The amount of the donation is determined by the Donor independently. The donation can be made in any convenient way specified on the Site.
  5. Date of the donation: The date of the donation is considered to be the date the funds arrive in the account of CRWB.
  6. Confirmation and denial:
  • By agreeing to the terms, the Donor expresses their consent to receive confirmation letters regarding the transaction.
  • CRWB reserves the right to refuse the donation at any time before its transfer, as well as within 15 days after receiving the funds. In the event of a refusal, the donation will be returned to the Donor within 15 days. If it is impossible to return the donation, it will remain at the disposal of CRWB.

Your Rights

The Donor has the right to withdraw their donation within 15 days from the date of the transaction. To do this, it is necessary to send a notification to the Community of Railway Workers of Belarus at [email protected]. The CRWB commits to refund the funds within 15 days from the date of receiving such notification.

By making a donation, the Donor confirms that they are aware of the terms and objectives of the CRWB activities, understands the significance of their actions, has the right to carry them out, and fully accepts the terms of this offer.

The Community of Railway Workers of Belarus guarantees the confidentiality of the Donor's personal data and its use solely for purposes related to the processing of donations and supporting our activities.
